Step 1: Initial Consultation
Meet with one of our designers to discuss your project in detail. This is where we’ll learn about your needs, style, and vision while walking you through how our process works.
Step 2: Layouts & Preliminary Selections
Our talented design team at SJI will develop layouts tailored to your space (some projects may not need layouts) and curate preliminary selections for furniture, lighting, accessories, and more.
Step 3: Presentation & Feedback
We’ll present the selected pieces and pricing to you for review. You’ll have the opportunity to approve our recommendations or request edits to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
Step 4: Placing Orders & Tracking Progress
Once you’ve approved the selections, we’ll place your orders. We’ll keep you updated on the status of each item throughout the delivery process, so you’ll always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
Step 5: Delivery & Installation
After your orders arrive, we’ll schedule a delivery date. Our design team will be on-site to manage the installation, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
